The vision can be as simple as a few statements on paper, but it is an important first step in creating a marketing plan. Do you feel your community perceives your practice that way?
Does your brand (logo/website/print materials) effectively communicate that experience?
Is your brand being consistently presented online and offline to your market to engage patients?
Answering these simple questions goes a long way to bring clarity to developing a marketing strategy for the practice.
